About Grillo Commercial Real Estate
Devoted to serving tenants exclusively, Grillo Commercial Real Estate was founded on the belief that everyone deserves unbiased and honest representation when leasing or buying commercial real estate. By serving one side of the negotiation table, we serve our clients better. Many brokerage firms represent both landlords and tenants. In our view, there is no way representation can be un-conflicted if one firm is represents both sides of the deal.
